Note: Our courses are offered at many colleges,
community education centers and health clubs around
the country. Some courses run week nights 06:30 pm to 09:30
pm on either a Monday / Wednesday or a Tuesday / Thursday
schedule.
Other courses are on weekends, one (1) day for four (4)
hours each week. The main focus is 6 hours a week for three
(3)
weeks to learn, digest and be able to execute practical
skills. The test or certification exam both practical and
written are on the 4th week and are included in original

Children's Fitness Specialist
This unique certification course
provides you with knowledge and practical skills
for personal training and group
training for children and youth. Appropriate exercise
program design, fitness testing, and strategies for
teaching children fitness are just some of the topics
covered
in this 18-hour certification course. Practical
training will include age-appropriate traditional style,
step
choreography, toning exercises utilizing weights and
parachutes, and plenty of fitness games! This is unlike
any certification program available. Prerequisite for
issuance of this certification is a degree and/or a
national certified personal trainer. People wanting
to take the
course for their own knowledge are more than welcome,
but may not participate in the final exams. For more
