Total Body Flexibility Specialist - 4 CEC’s

This comprehensive program is divided into 3 different stretching segments and includes illustrations and exercise charts. This program is great for group fitness and personal trainers. Group fitness and personal trainers will like the fact that the exercises are organized with pictures and are ready to teach. Plus you will learn assessment for flexibility, beginner to more advanced stretching techniques, the muscles being used during each stretch and much more.
