W.I.T.S. has added another new teacher from the great state of Georgia, Kiah Douglas. We are looking forward to having a tremendous Certified Personal Trainer & health educator work with the future fitness leaders of tomorrow.
Kiah Douglas, born and raised in Saginaw Michigan. She received her bachelors of science in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo in 2014. Kiah also, participated in the track & field team all 4 years while obtaining her degree. Currently, she competes in the NPC as a natural figure competitor.
Kiah’s philosophy is that a healthy body is more than looks; it releases self- confidence, high- esteem, and the courage to inspire others who want to live a healthy lifestyle as well. Whether someone is her client or not her purpose as an exercise physiologist is to improve and empower anyone she has an encounter with. “Attaining my own goals is wonderful, but aiding others to achieve their goals as well brings joy to my soul.”
Kiah Douglas will be teaching at the following W.I.T.S. locations in Georgia: Augusta University in Augusta, GA.
