Through the strict expectations and motivation by her swimming coach, Corey Stanbury, she earned her first Bronze Medal at age 23. She created “Live Fit With Laura Personal Training” in 2015, teaching that daily exercise, clean eating, lots of water, and mental and spiritual fitness is life-changing. Her goal is to continue to help people of all ages and backgrounds attain greater life satisfaction. Esther’s favorite 4-letter word is “HOPE”!
