Through the strict expectations and motivation by her swimming coach, Corey Stanbury, she earned her first Bronze Medal at age 23. Esther Lara became a W.I.T.S Personal Fitness Trainer in 2014 to manage several significant life losses and difficult transitions, and continues to be inspired by Corey, Trainers Laura Stratton and Ryan Swafford, and the excellence of W.I.T.S classes and certification programs that continue to positively influence her fitness journey. She created “Live Fit With Laura Personal Training” in 2015, teaching that daily exercise, clean eating, lots of water, and mental and spiritual fitness is life-changing. Her goal is to continue to help people of all ages and backgrounds attain greater life satisfaction. Esther’s favorite 4-letter word is “HOPE”!
