This class begins with strategies for developing exemplary programming for your members. It then goes on to give you invaluable tools for developing and implementing a business operating model that will get your business off to a dynamic start. The optional text for this class is Fitness Management, 3rd Ed. Chapters 10 and 11 from this text will be used in this class. To successfully complete this class and earn your 2 CECs, you must review all of the material, complete all of the assignments, and score 100% on the quiz. Learning Outcomes: After completing this course you will be able to:
