2.    Formulate ways to incorporate mindfulness tips into client’s sessions 
3.    Create a homework plan for clients to incorporate mindfulness techniques pertinent to their goals.

Abby Eastman has been a WITS faculty member since 2007. She holds a BS and Ms Ed in Exercises Science and has taught exercise science classes at the university and community college level. Currently she serves as online faculty for WITS. She works as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, fusing the two specialties to meet the needs of her clients.
