Many of us got into the industry because we wanted to help people and share our passion for fitness. To make a living we can't share our passion and our knowledge for free. We get to charge for it. Try to think of it that way, you get to charge for it. This mindset in and of itself with help you be successful.
Selling personal training is not just selling yourself and your credentials. In fact, many of your potential clients don't care about the letters behind your name. You are selling people the dream that they can reach their goals and the life they want. There are a number of strategies that you can use to improve your success.
Presenter: Laurie Nuyens earned her BS from Central Michigan University in Sports Medicine. She is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Laurie has worked as a full-time personal trainer since 2001. Many of her clients have changed their life with Laurie's guidance, knowledge and support. Laurie enjoys working with those brands new to fitness and with the experienced athlete who is looking to take it to the next level. Laurie is an avid runner and triathlete. Laurie has completed various half marathons, marathons, and half iron mans.
