Thank you for your interest in the W.I.T.S. Certification Reinstatement. This unique promotion offers the following.

Subscription Terms and Conditions:
A. A selection form will be provided to each past alumni in order to submit to the W.I.T.S. office. Requests will not
be accepted by phone, email or chat. You will select your webinars or workshops via the selection form and
return to the W.I.T.S. office. Please note that processing time is 7-10 business days.
B. You have 12 months from the start of this agreement to complete your 30 CECs, your W.I.T.S. Renewal application form.
C. Provide proof of a current online CPR/AED certification to the W.I.T.S. office to
finalize the reinstatement.

D. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to finalize any of these requirements will result in this offer being void after the 12 months.
E. Your one-time fee or monthly fees cover the renewal fee and the 30 CEC’s only.
F. Your reinstated certification will be valid for two years from the verified completion date. Standard renewal requirements will apply for all subsequent renewal periods.
G. Should your certification become expired outside of the allotted 12-month grace period for any subsequent renewal period, this agreement will be void.
H. This offer may not be applied to previous purchases.
