Ashley Davidock is the Certification Director for W.I.T.S. and a fitness educator with more than twenty years of experience in personal training, athletic training, group fitness, corporate wellness, public health education, higher education, and fitness facility management.

She previously instructed the W.I.T.S. CPT Level 1 Certification Course for ten years and has collaborated with organizations and universities including Penn State University. Ashley specializes in science-based program design, corrective exercise strategies, functional fitness, behavior change, neuromuscular efficiency, and practical programming for diverse populations.

Her experience includes designing programs for a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes and college sports teams to older adult residential communities and special populations. Her educational approach focuses on helping trainers apply exercise science principles in practical, real-world coaching environments.
