The world of fitness is always changing. One major area that has significantly arose in the last decade is the area of Medical Fitness. The phrase “exercise is medicine” is not a new catch-phrase, but the meaning of this phrase has sparked a whole new way of personal training as our human population and clients consistently become less and less healthy. More and more people have some sort of chronic health condition that effects how their body responds to activity and exercise.
