Girya, a word that first came about in the 1700s, is defined as a cast iron ball to which a handle was attached for gripping. First used for weighing down feed and other items on the farm, this cast iron ball has evolved into a fitness staple. In fact, the best of the best to ever handle the girya was a peasant by the name of Ivan Nemtsev in the 1950s. He put up a 32 kilo girya 370 times without a break and therefore he is still known as the "king of snatch".
Kettlebells grew in popularity with strongmen and powerlifters and have now made their way into mainstream fitness. Do you really know how to swing your bell so you can effectively build your body? Can you guide and direct a new client to positive results before they do bad things to their body? This webinar will help you set the stage for new variety in your workouts with clients. We will also lock down the key safety factors in using the girya in today's Kettlebell fitness world.
