Session Description: Parkinson's Disease is progressive disease that affects the nervous system and the parts of the body that are controlled by the nerves. Symptoms start slowly and and can be mitigated with exercise and movement, especially when caught early. For us as trainers, it is paramount to know about the disease and how with can help potential clients/patients in the future.

2. Identifying exercises that can help mitigate the disease while maintaining safety
