Presenter Biography:
Dr. Anna Bustamante has been an educator and fitness professional for over 28 years. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Adult, Professional and Community Education and is a Professor of Kinesiology and Education. Dr. Bustamante holds a variety of professional certifications. Dr. Bustamante’s research and teaching activities focus on fitness, wellness, and movement throughout the lifespan. She strives to help individuals meet their personal fitness, wellness, and life goals. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, martial arts, yoga, and relaxing with friends.
