Ashley Davidock brings a broad professional background to WITS education, with experience training individuals and groups, working with athletes and special populations, supporting corporate wellness initiatives, teaching in higher education, and managing fitness facilities.

She has extensive experience in science-based program design and has collaborated with and taught for many organizations and universities, including Penn State University. Before becoming the W.I.T.S. Certification Director, Ashley instructed the W.I.T.S. CPT Level 1 Certification Course for ten years.

Her educational focus is practical and application-driven: helping trainers understand how to design, adjust, and deliver effective programs for real clients with different abilities, goals, limitations, and training histories.

Her approach helps fitness professionals understand not only what exercises or training variables to use, but how to adjust them based on client goals, fitness levels, special populations, available equipment, and real-world coaching needs.
